Outsource Work Agreements

Employer identifies the job/task, timeline, and specifications for which the task is to be completed. A price is agreed upon and a contract is developed. The work is performed, at Options’ facility, or at the employer’s facility, and is completed according to specifications.  Options Inc. assumes responsibility for staffing, training, oversight, and all payroll related activities/liabilities. This option is often a very helpful and cost-effective solution to taking highly skilled workers off task to perform episodic tasks that may not require their particular high-level skill

The Employer identifies the job/task. A price is agreed upon and contract is developed. The work is performed in a designated area at Employer’s facility. Options assembles a work crew and assigns an Employment Training Specialists (ETS) to supervise the crew. The work is completed, according to the specifications. Options Inc. assumes responsibility for staffing, training, oversight, and all payroll related activities/liabilities. Enclave placements are similar to contracts employers would have with a community staffing agency.
